In order for this community to be in compliance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, we must ensure that all residents meet the income requirements of the tax credit program. The maximum allowable total income is based on the total number of persons in your household. Thus, it is necessary to verify the income of your entire household, which includes income from all sources. HUD determines the income limits using a percentage of the median income of the City and/or County of this Community. All of our residents are thoroughly screened by an independent agency that looks at prior rental references, credit and criminal backgrounds. Only those persons who pass this check are approved to live here.
